Maricela "Cela" Aceves Wexler is a network coordination and project management professional with a background in supporting cross-sector systems change work, program development, and facilitation.

As Network Coordinator for the HBCU Anchor Collaborative, she supports The Democracy Collaborative's backbone role in the initiative — managing project systems, stakeholder communications, meeting logistics, and knowledge management.

She holds a degree in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Community Organizing from Cal Poly Humboldt.
