Joe Galea, CPA, MBA, serves as a Fractional CFO for The Democracy Collaborative, bringing more than 40 years of financial leadership to the organization.

As the founder of Insight CFO CLE, Joe provides fractional CFO and strategic accounting services tailored to helping growing organizations gain deep visibility into their cash flow, profit drivers, and operational processes. His diverse executive background spans multiple sectors — including manufacturing, distribution, and non-profits — where he has a proven track record of securing capital, leading major system conversions, and streamlining fund accounting.

Joe holds an MBA from Plymouth State University and a BS in Accounting from Bowling Green State University. He is a CPA and a registered member of the Accountancy Board of Ohio. Joe is based in Strongsville, Ohio.
